Is my information private?
The files your share and the produced videos are yours, private, and secure. Select customers may be asked for permission for case studies or advertising.
Is AI Video Creation legal?
Yes. There are many elements involved in the topic, but we provide you and your family’s consent to use your likeness. Video is provided for you for private usage. When being distributed for public usage, AI footage should be watermarked, or described to be AI Generated.
How long does creation take?
Generally 2-3 weeks. Over the first week, questions are provided, instructions are given, and source material collected. This is primarily on the customer’s end. The second week, our staff refines stories, visuals, audio, and compiles it in to first drafts. These drafts allow customers to get a glimpse at the production before it is finalized. Once approved, we produce full cuts, add theatrical design, imagery, clipping, etc.
How real is AI?
Very, and getting better. The software we use provides incredibly realistic visuals. As you will be very familiar with the person we are mirroring, you will be able to pick up discrepancies. Example 1: A person may be say a word very uniquely, and AI replication may not match it perfectly. Example 2: A persons mannerisms are very personal and AI may not be able to replicate them. We try and keep motion to a minimum to prevent it being noticeable. The concept of Legacy Alive AI, is to bring life those who struggle telling their story. While matching someone 100% is very difficult, we will be able to tell their heartfelt stories for them. For those healthy enough we recommend a Standard Recording.
